Refund Policy for Customized Wheels from ForgenX Wheels

Please note that due to the individual customization of your wheels according to your specifications, our company does not have a general return policy for personalized wheels. It is crucial that you carefully review all details before placing an order to ensure that the personalized wheels meet your expectations.

Return Policy:

A return policy is applicable only in the following case:

1. Deviation from the Confirmed 3D Design:
   • You received a 3D drawing of your personalized wheels before production.
   • If the delivered wheels do not match the confirmed 3D design, you have the right to return the wheels.

Procedure for Returns:

1. Notification:

   • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the wheels about any discrepancies from the confirmed 3D design.

2. Documentation:

   • Please document the discrepancies with clear pictures and a detailed description, and send this information to [Contact Information].

3. Confirmation and Return:

   • After reviewing your documentation, we will inform you whether the return is accepted.
   • In the case of an approved return, you will receive further instructions for returning the wheels.

Note:

• Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Modifications and reductions are excluded from the return policy.
